Web Portal gives 401.2 Unauthorized error using SSO.

PROBLEM:

With SSO enabled users need to authenticate via IIS. 

SOLUTION

Please check the authentication permissions on EAPortal in IIS.  Make sure that Windows Authentication is enabled.
