How do I generate a Hardware ID?

A hardware ID is needed to provide a permanent license for each Enterprise Alert server.  

To generate this ID follow these steps:

1. Open the Enterprise Alert web portal
2. Click on the System Icon
3. Under the Management section click on the License tile
4. Click on the Purchase tile 
5. Click on the Hardware ID button.  
6. A .hwd file will be downloaded from the browser.  Email this file to [e-mail] so that they can generate a permanent license file.
